The Council has identified the following goals for this year. If you have ideas about how we can reach these goals, or would like to help, please let us know! 

  • GOAL 1: Compensation Structure
    Work with UO Leadership to successfully achieve across the board progressive OA salary increases for 2022. 
  • GOAL 2: OA Professional Development
    Create a comprehensive approach to professional development for OAs  that provides support, resources and advocacy for OA professional growth, incorporating the OA Job Family Framework if applicable.  
  • GOAL 3: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
    Elevate and amplify conversations within the Officers of Administration Council to influence and advocate for increased equity and inclusion in the multitude of spaces that the OA constituency is present.  

  • GOAL 4: Communications for Constituents and Equitable Policy Implementation
    Advocate for increased communication of HR related policies beyond divisional HR Partner lists, and the application of institutional programs and policies in a fair and equitable way across the institution. 

  • GOAL 5: Annual Report
    Crate an annual report that reflects and recaps the OAC efforts and goals of the previous year
