2. Comments and feedback on Annual Meeting [15]
We received a nice thank you card from Shirien; Annie distributed notes from the small group discussions for review and comment.
3. Comments on Linda King's Draft OA Task Force Report [15]
Can we incorporate the OA Handbook as a section in the Faculty Handbook? Will there also be an accompanying report? Suggestion to invite Linda King and perhaps Lorraine Davis to an OAC meeting to discuss.

• Lunch brownbag with Greg Vincent March 9th
• Linda King's suggestion for a brownbag with Helen Stoop re: retirement changes
b. Kathy Cooks suggested dates for OA pin ceremony: 11/9, 10-12:30; have the business part of the meeting first, then have the pin ceremony.
c. Updating OAC website - Todd working on this with his student tech; will have preview site completed soon
d. Meeting dates and times for spring term
