GOAL 1:
Provide and advocate for on-going professional development opportunities that meets OAs where they are at (in-person, on-demand, variety of opportunities).

GOAL 2:
Advocate for expanded and consistent HR practices across campus that are meeting employees’ needs today and tomorrow.

GOAL 3:
Proactively advocate for pay actions that are aligned with recruitment and retention strategies.

GOAL 4:
Reset and rekindle the OA culture across campus. Emphasize the importance of wellness and workplace culture.
